Our Story

We’re a husband-and-wife team with backgrounds in the medical field. I trained as a molecular geneticist, and my wife as a nurse. Our journey into IT was a bit of an accident—when our workplaces faced staffing shortages, we jumped in to help with tech services like system administration, networking, server maintenance, bioinformatics, app development, and computer repair.

As time went on, we found ourselves spending more time on IT than on patient care or lab work, and we really enjoyed it. So, we decided to take the plunge and pursue IT full-time, starting with some foundational certifications.

When the COVID pandemic hit, we were flooded with requests from friends, family, coworkers, neighbors, and small businesses needing help transitioning to remote work. From setting up webcams and providing remote help desk support to configuring private VPNs and self-hosted video conferencing servers, we were getting calls for just about every IT service you can think of. That’s when we knew it was time to start our own operation. Since the lockdowns, we’ve expanded our services to better support our clients, and we’re grateful for the unexpected success that’s allowed us to thrive in an industry we love.
